Nope! PocketGrid uses thermal printing, so you’ll never need to buy ink cartridges.

Q: What kind of paper does it use?
It works with special thermal paper rolls (included in your order). You can purchase refills too.

Q: How long does delivery take?
For UK customers, delivery takes 7–12 business days. We offer free shipping!

Q: What’s your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. Your item must be unused, in original packaging. Just email us at hello@pocketgrid.shop to start a return.
